Supportive Living Coaching helps individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. Coaches provide training and assistance in essential life skills such as budgeting, meal planning, cooking, housekeeping, personal care, safety, and community access. Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals, empowering them to make decisions, manage daily responsibilities, and build confidence in their independence. The goal of Supportive Living Coaching is to ensure individuals have the tools, resources, and support necessary to maintain a safe, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyle while actively participating in their community.
Supported Employment Coaching is designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment in their community. Services may include job exploration, resume building, interview preparation, and on-the-job training tailored to each person’s strengths and interests. Employment coaches provide direct support in developing workplace skills, adapting to job expectations, and fostering positive relationships with employers and coworkers. The goal of Supported Employment Coaching is to promote independence, self-confidence, and long-term success in the workforce while ensuring each individual has the tools and support needed to thrive.
Personal Supports are individualized services provided to persons with developmental disabilities to assist them in their daily lives and promote greater independence. These services may include help with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility, as well as household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Personal Supports also encourage participation in community activities, recreation, and social events, while offering guidance with safety, communication, and decision-making. Each service is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, with the goal of fostering independence, dignity, and inclusion in both the home and community.
Life Skills and Companionship services are designed to provide individuals with disabilities the support they need to build independence while enjoying meaningful social interaction. Caregivers assist with developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, grocery shopping, and managing routines, while also offering companionship through engaging activities like games, crafts, conversations, and community outings. This service focuses on promoting confidence, independence, and social inclusion, ensuring each individual feels supported, valued, and connected both at home and in the community.
